Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders, including customized ones, within 24-48 hours. Once your order is ready for shipment, we’ll send you the tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. Delivery times are typically 4-6 days PAN India. All orders are shipped from Jaipur. Please note that in exceptional circumstances, delivery may take longer than usual. You can track your package using the tracking link sent in the notification.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, write to us at info.jaipurweaves@gmail.com mentioning your order id in the subject line. Any cancellation requests received after 4 hours may not be fulfilled if the order has already been dispatched. However, you can request a return post delivery in such scenarios.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Step by step process

To return your product:

  1. Write to us at info.jaipurweaves@gmail.com. Do mention your order id.
  2. If you are within your return eligibility period, we will schedule a pickup from your address – the one used while placing the order.
  3. Ensure that all the items are unused with all tags intact.

Note that you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacement

1) Defective or Incorrect Items: We offer free replacements for items with manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was delivered. To claim, please send a message detailing the product defects or issues, along with unboxing video proof and order number/invoice copy at info.jaipurweaves@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +918619934002.

2) Other Return Reasons: For replacement due to reasons such as ordering the wrong size order, wanting to exchange the colour or print, or product exchange, we offer a return or exchange service with applicable Courier Charges. The return will be collected from your doorstep and the exchanged item will be delivered to your doorstep. However, please note that the exchange is not immediate. You will receive the exchanged item only after we have received the returned item.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Please note that no return claims can be made for non-returnable products.
